If she is currently single, has completed all the eligibility requirements for court marriage or marriage registration and is willing to apply for court marriage. She is legally eligible to apply for a court marriage and get the marriage certificate in Gurugram. But, she needs to complete certain conditions:-
- She must be able to visit the respective marriage registration office whenever required. If she isn’t able to visit the registration office, then she is not considered eligible for a court marriage.
- If she is divorced, she must have a dedicated divorce certificate, and if she is a widow, then she needs to show the death certificate of his previous partner.
If a woman has fulfilled all these eligibility criteria, then she is considered eligible for a court marriage.
